VYOOHI provides algorithmic trading software for NIFTY options. It is a tool that executes trades on your behalf via your own broker account, based on strategies you configure or select.
3. No Investment Advice
VYOOHI is not a registered investment advisor and does not provide personalized financial advice. All strategies, backtests, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only. Trading decisions remain solely your responsibility.
4. Risk Disclosure
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any strategy, whether in paper or live trading, is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and broker API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
VYOOHI and its team shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, execution delays, or broker connectivity issues arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
